Boat Ramp

Located at the Community Park, the boat ramp and parking area are intended for the convenience and use of Overlook residents only.

Each resident should use their key fob to open the gate to the ramp.

Year-round Kayak storage is also located behind The Clubhouse, and is assigned annually via a lottery system.

Kayak storage information and rules may be accessed in the Resident Portal.

Residents can access the boat storage lot with their key fob. It is intended for the use of Overlook residents only.

Important note: these spaces do not transfer to new owners if a resident sells their house.
