The 2022 Overlook community yard sale will be held Saturday May 14th from 7:00am to 1pm. Many houses will have sales running during that time. Houses participating will have a balloon on their mail box, and signs will be put up at the entrance of Overlook as well. See...

Fall is a time when Overlook really shines, and our community gathers for great events as we close out the year.

Overlook Octoberfest was held at the clubhouse on October 27, 2019.

As part of the Octoberfest celebration, Overlook held a dog parade and costume contest.

The Overlook’s key fob access system is expanding to include all locked community amenities.

It’s the Panthers at the Texans at 1 p.m. on Sept 29 and we’re having an indoor tailgate.

An Overlook residents’ pool party will be held at the Overlook Clubhouse and Pool from 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday June 1st.

To keep our community beautiful we need all of our residents to keep in mind the rules and guidelines that are in our CCRs and ALGs.

The annual Overlook Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, May 4th, from 8 am to noon.
